About the Baker! I specialize in custom cupcakes. My little creations are made from scratch using only the finest, most delicious, all natural ingredients. They are made to order which means they are always freshly baked and fabulous! Growing up in an Italian family, some of my happiest memories are in the kitchen, helping to create delectable feasts. I credit my grandmother for teaching me everything I know about good cooking. Although her rustic wooden board was typically used for pasta and pizza doughs I quickly found an interest in using it to roll out pastry doughs, creating sweet endings for the family to enjoy. At an early age I became the go-to family member for desserts and to this day I still am! In 2005, with the encouragement of family and friends and the inspiration to take my passion for baking a step further (and of course the rebirth of the good old fashioned cupcake), I officially changed my baking focus to cupcakes. Since then things have taken off and I've been enjoying serving the people in my community and beyond. At home in Palo Alto, California, I regularly test recipes for family, friends and neighbors, all of whom have happily become cupcake connoisseurs! |
